We do not promise or guarantee any specific personal, professional, business, revenue, income, customer, health or lifestyle result.
Testimonials, examples, case studies and statements about potential outcomes illustrate individual experiences or educational principles. They are not promises that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Results vary according to many factors, including prior experience, participation, decisions, effort, implementation, skills, resources, market conditions and circumstances beyond our control. You remain responsible for evaluating information and making your own decisions.
7. Participant Responsibilities and Conduct
You agree to participate respectfully and responsibly. You must not:
- Harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against the presenter or participants;

You may avoid appearing by keeping your camera and microphone off, using private question channels where available and not posting identifying information publicly.
We will seek separate appropriate permission before using an identifiable participant testimonial as a featured advertisement or endorsement.
10. Free Resources and Bonuses
The webinar may include free worksheets, assessments, planners, tools or other bonuses. Eligibility, availability, delivery method and deadlines will be described on the registration page or during the webinar.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Bonuses are subject to availability;

11. Optional Offers and Paid Programs
The webinar may include an invitation to enrol in a paid coaching program, membership, course or service. Registration for the free webinar does not require you to make a purchase.
Any paid offer will be governed by the specific price, inclusions, payment terms, access period, cancellation terms and refund policy displayed or communicated at the time of purchase. Those offer-specific terms form an additional agreement and take priority for that purchase if they conflict with these general Terms.
Do not make a purchase unless you understand the offer and believe it is appropriate for your circumstances.
12. Communications
By registering and providing the required consent, you agree that we may send webinar access information, confirmations, reminders, preparation resources and relevant follow-up by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
Where you separately consent to educational or promotional communication, we may send information about related events, programs and resources. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails, follow the opt-out instructions in WhatsApp communication or contact info@humanpotentialmodel.com.
Essential messages directly related to an active registration or purchase may still be sent where permitted.
13. Privacy and Personal Data
Our collection and use of personal data are explained in our Privacy Policy, which should be linked prominently on the Website and on registration forms.
By submitting personal data through a Meta lead form, the Website or another platform, you acknowledge that the relevant third-party platform may also process information according to its own terms and privacy policy.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may use or link to third-party platforms such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Zoom, YouTube, email providers, calendar services, analytics providers and payment gateways.
We do not control the independent availability, security, content or privacy practices of those services. Your use of a third-party service is also governed by its terms. A third-party link does not necessarily represent our endorsement of all content or services available through that provider.
15. Website Availability and Security
We take reasonable steps to maintain the Website and Services, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure operation. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates, security, platform failure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You must not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, overload the Website, bypass security controls or interfere with other users.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website, webinar and resources are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not make warranties that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for every person or capable of producing a particular outcome.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Human Potential Model, Raghava Reddy and their team members, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from:
- Reliance on educational information;
- Personal or business decisions made by a participant;
- Missed webinar access or communication;
- Internet, device or third-party platform failure;
- Unauthorised access outside our reasonable control; or
- Use or inability to use the Website or Services.
18. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable loss, claims or costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorised distribution of our materials or material breach of these Terms.
This provision does not limit any non-waivable consumer right.
19. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Services, infringe intellectual property, threaten security, abuse participants or engage in unlawful conduct.
Terms concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes and other provisions intended to survive will remain effective after termination.
20. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict rights available to you under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.
If you have a complaint, contact us first at info@humanpotentialmodel.com with your name, registration email, relevant details and the resolution requested. We will make reasonable efforts to review and respond.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to any mandatory consumer right to approach a competent forum, courts having jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana, will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.
Before beginning formal proceedings, both parties are encouraged to attempt in good faith to resolve the issue through written communication.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, business practices or legal requirements. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date.
Changes will apply prospectively from the stated effective date. Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be communicated where reasonably required.
23. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
24. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any specific written terms presented for a paid offer constitute the applicable agreement concerning your use of the Services. Offer-specific terms control only for the relevant purchase where they expressly differ from these Terms.
